At ChappyWrap, we have one simple mission: to provide comfort to everyone, everywhere with the best blankets in the world. Our blankets are uniquely woven with a plush, natural-cotton blend and high-performance fibers. Produced with unparalleled craftsmanship in our factories in Germany and Poland, they're made to last for the moments that matter.
What makes a ChappyWrap different.
ChappyWraps are made from a blend of 58% premium cotton, 35% acrylic, and 7% polyester. Our unique blend allows for repeated washing while maintaining an extra soft feel. Our blankets are also resistant to shrinking, pilling, and static.
Our designs are woven, not printed or dyed. Individual yarns are twisted and fed into our Jacquard looms so that the cotton is next to your skin, with the fill fiber spun inside the cotton yarns, for durability and to prevent yarn breakage. This unique weave is why your ChappyWrap can last a lifetime.
To finish the fabric, Chappies undergo a process called napping, which lifts the fibers from the top and passes the woven fabric over a roller. We repeat this step anywhere from 8 to 16 times, making our ChappyWraps softer and fuller than other Jacquard woven blankets.
The outer binding is stitched and hand-sewn. The edges are then manually trimmed to finish each blanket. Each year, our mill team stitches hundreds of miles of binding to our Chappies!

Years ago, our family owned a blanket so well-loved it became vital to our family and home. When we weren’t feeling well, it was the only blanket that made us feel better. We curled up with it (and fought over it!), finding comfort in it daily. It became something of a family heirloom.
But years later, when we wanted to buy a similar blanket, we couldn’t find one that came close to it. Everything out there lacked the quality, warmth, size and durability of the original. So we decided to create our own. We hope you love our blankets as much as we do!
