Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your ChappyWrap, we will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order purchase date. All ChappyWraps must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Otherwise, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment. Please call 888-899-1810 or email blankets@chappywrap.com for return authorization and return instructions.

If you receive a defective ChappyWrap, please contact us at 888-899-1810 or blankets@chappywrap.com. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item. Please provide a picture of the defect, if possible.

Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Please allow 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.

 

Exchange Shipping Information

If you are exchanging an item, please note that the return shipping charges (and restocking charges) to ChappyWrap, LLC as well as shipping charges to send the new item are paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange/return is due to a shipping issue that resulted from our error.

 

Third Party Sales

ChappyWrap will only return/exchange items purchased directly from ChappyWrap, LLC. If you purchased your item from a third party retailer, please work with them directly to facilitate your return or exchange.
