Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. Wholesale orders require a $800 minimum opening order and a $400 minimum for reorders.

How do I place an order?

Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to access your account. From there, you can log in to the wholesale portal to view the collection and place orders directly.

Wholesale orders may also be placed through Faire or directly with our team.

Do you offer embroidery or customization?

Yes. Embroidery is available for an additional cost. Please contact wholesale@chappywrap.com for embroidery inquiries and customization options.

Embroidery orders cannot be placed through the wholesale portal or Faire and are subject to separate minimums, additional costs, and longer lead times.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping is calculated at 3% of the wholesale order total and is applied after your order is submitted.

Once your order is reviewed and approved, you will receive a final invoice including shipping. Payment for the full order is due upon fulfillment unless otherwise agreed upon.
