I absolutely love my ChappyWrap — it’s incredibly soft, warm, and has quickly become my go-to blanket for everything from cozy evenings on the couch to chilly mornings. The quality really stands out.
That said, I did have an issue with the first blanket I received — some of the stitching came loose even though I followed the recommended washing and drying instructions. I reached out to customer service, and they were fantastic. Super responsive, kind, and had a replacement blanket shipped out to me within a week. The new one has held up perfectly.
It's rare these days to find a company that stands so firmly behind their product. I'm a loyal fan now — highly recommend!
