Important Holiday Deadlines
When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
Standard Shipping: Order by Thursday, December 12 at 12 PM ET.
Rush Shipping: Order by Thursday, December 19 at 12 PM ET.
What about personalized or embroidered blankets?
Personalized orders require up to 7 additional business days to fulfill.
Standard Shipping: Order by Sunday, December 7 at 12 PM ET.
Rush Shipping: Order by Sunday, December 14 at 12 PM ET.
Note: Rush affects carrier transit time only; it doesn’t reduce embroidery production time.
What if I miss the shipping cutoffs?
E-Gift Cards can be delivered instantly via email to your recipient and make great last-minute gifts.
Shipping Options & Transit Times
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Rush Shipping: 2–3 business days.*
Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and fulfilled. During peak periods, orders with non-personalized items may take up to 4 business days to fulfill.
Orders with personalized items may take up to 7 business days to fulfill, so we recommend ordering these as early as possible.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking link to update.
*Rush shipping may not be available during some promotional periods due to order volume.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in the same order?
We're sorry, but that feature is not available at this time. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination — or you can have everything sent to yourself and gift in person.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer ongoing free shipping. Watch for seasonal promotions that may include free shipping offers.
Which carriers do you use?
For standard shipping we use a variety of carriers and methods based on package size, weight, and destination, including UPS SurePost, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, DHL, and USPS Ground Advantage.
If you require a specific carrier, please email blankets@chappywrap.com when placing your order.
P.O. Box delivery is unavailable.
Do carriers guarantee holiday delivery?
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to potential seasonal delays.
Delivery & Processing
How quickly do you process orders?
Orders without personalized items placed by 12 PM ET are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods and promotions, fulfillment may take up to 4 business days before shipping.
Do personalized items delay my entire order?
Yes. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, it ships once all items are ready.
Personalized blankets require up to 7 business days in production before shipping.
Rush shipping shortens carrier transit time only; embroidery production time is unchanged.
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?
Yes. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer, and that shipping cutoffs are determined for the contiguous 48 states only.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. For APO/FPO delivery, please contact blankets@chappywrap.com for assistance.
International Orders
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada only. Delivery to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. International transit times can vary and are not guaranteed.
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. Shipping cutoff dates apply to the contiguous U.S. only.
Gift Boxing & Notes
Do you offer gift boxing?
Yes. Add gift boxing before checkout:
- $20 per Lightweight or Original blanket
- $15 per Mini, Midi, or Shawl
Each gift arrives packaged in our signature ChappyWrap box. Gift boxing is not currently available for Family Size blankets.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Each gift order includes a premium cardstock gift note with your personalized message printed on the card. Character limits are built into checkout.
Will pricing be shown in the box?
No. All gift orders ship without pricing on packing slips.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If there’s no tracking movement after 3 business days or your package appears lost, please contact blankets@chappywrap.com for assistance.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
What is your holiday return window?
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return window of 60 days from the purchase date.
Outside of this timeframe, our standard return policy of 30 days applies.
Please note: Personalized items, gift cards, and any item marked final sale at time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I initiate a holiday return or exchange?
Visit returns.chappywrap.com and enter your order number and shipping zip code.
From there, you can select the eligible item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Reminder: Personalized items, gift cards, and any item marked final sale at time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
