I want to commend Chappywrap for their outstanding customer service. I ordered an embroidered Farmhouse Flowers Blanket as a wedding gift to be shipped to the bride and groom in NYC. I was not given an apartment number for the couple. UPS tracking said the blanket was returned as undeliverable due to an incomplete address. I contacted Chappywrap customer service and was advised to check whether the couple had an apartment number. I followed up and got the apartment number to complete the address. Meanwhile, Chappywrap located the blanket which had been returned to their warehouse. When I provided the couple's apartment number, Chappywrap resent the blanket with no additional charge despite the fact that the incomplete address was not their fault. Thank you Chappywrap for going above and beyond to get my wedding gift delivered!
